PATHETIC service from DSV courier company

PATHETIC service from DSV courier company!!

I ordered a cellphone from MTN on the 1st of May 2024. DSV promised to deliver on the 7th of May 2024 at my work place between 12:00 -14:00, which is 40 kms drive to and from my house. I was suppose to work night shift on that date. I woke up early that day expecting their call so that i can drive to my work place to receive my package and they failed to deliver. I phoned them on the 9th May 2024 to find out why they did not deliver, it is when i was told that their truck was hijacked while on the way to deliver my phone. I tried to set up a new date for delivery and we couldn't agree on the new date. They want to deliver the phone at my home address while i am at work and no one except me can receive the package as per their company policy. I am not sure if they will deliver my phone anytime soon. This is VERY BAD AND VERY PATHETIC service from this courier company and I would not recommend anyone to use them!
