Pathetic organisation providing false information

I have no idea why ABSA uses a pathetic company like DSV to deliver our credit cards. I was **** to by someone at DSV on Friday, 8-Sep-2023, that my card will be delivered within 4 working days. I was then **** to by a driver who called me on 13-Sep-2023 advising that he was on his way to me. I called DSV and Keesha was not willing to assist in establishing who the driver was and why the card was not delivered as promised!
