Pathetic Nightmare Service Ever, Run for your life!!! ***

I'm utterly disappointed with DSV I have ordered an MTN simcard 2 weeks ago and I still have not received it. DSV waits for their convenience to deliver and that's not appropriate for a courier company. They don’t communicate with you with regard’s to any delays. I've been calling the call centre but they always experience high call volume and I had to wait more than 30min on one call they don't even bother to call you back whilst you have requested so. MTN also don’t do follow up on their clients who ordered their products. I'm so disappointed, I'll never to use MTN again in my life and never to recommend them to anyone!!!
