Pathetic customer service at DSV

Absolutely pathetic service by DSV couriers! I have been trying to track a parcel they should have delivered on the 7th of August and it is now the 16th of August and I have been communicating with them for a week now and no one, and I mean absolutely no one was able to assist

No one knows where the package is and to make matters worse, they’re sending from pillar to post, promising to get back with feedback but, NEVER do.

I advise people or merchants not to use DSV courier service. They have zero customer service.
