NO SERVICE!!!!

I dont even want to say terrible service, since there is absolutely NO SERVICE! You get no correspondence, no feedback and whenever parcels are sent overseas and theres some issue with their "trusted 3rd party" nobody informs you, nobody helps you, hell, nobody even resonds to your querry and when somebody does reply : it will be relayed to the agent. Parcels sometimes takes 3- 4 weeks to deliver overseas, billed extra by the "trusted 3rd party" without as much as a statement. I dont have any problem with collections in SA, but as soon as that parcel is through customs you are in the dark. ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this company when parcels need to be sent to USA. Waiting for feedback on a issue that has taken place in MAY for over a month!
