Worst experience ever, they scheduled a time you take off for those 2 hours at work, only for them to arrive hours after the arranged time now I was forced to go and put myself In debt to try and get another phone as my daughter needed it urgently for exams and due to dsv delaying this for 2 weeks due to their incompetence IAM now in a 2 year contract for a phone I had to get somewhere else cause I couldnt wait, and now have to put a days unpaid leave due to them committing to a time frame a.d not adhering to it, so thx DSV you guys suck they should cancel your services at MTN cause you are giving them a bad name
