MTN and DSV

I have been waiting for my delivery from MTN for the past two weeks, they don’t communicate with you with regard’s to any delays or communication. The first time driver arrived late at my workplace address. I then asked to reschedule to my home address and they said if I change the address the delivery will take long, today they never pitched for 12:00-14;00 delivery. Tried calling the call centre but they had high calls and couldn’t pick one. The MTN also don’t do follow up on their clients who ordered their products. Am so disappointed
