Missing S24 Ultra!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with MTN Online. This order was placed on the 1st of March 2024 & I am still waiting for delivery of my device. I have been back and forth with MTN support for 10 days now & according to MTN my Contract is approved & waiting for delivery with DSV. My I.D. number with you guys does not pick up my order nor does the reference number MTN gave me. DSV told me to contact MTN again and ask for proper details regarding this order & every single time I call MTN I get told everything is Processed & awaiting DSV! This back & forth for 10 days now is frustrating & I am starting to get on edge. No body seems to know where my Device is at this moment!
