Incompetence at its best!!

This has to be the worst courier company that has ever existed, I still do not understand why Mtn would use this *********** company. The drivers are skilled ****s and don't want to do their job. I have not received my parcel from mtn and this is the second time that the driver did not show up with my parcel. I don't know how this company is still operating with such a bad reputation.
