I took a contract with MTN and MTN has been loyal from they side

I took a contract with MTN and MTN has been loyal from they side.Problem comes with DSV last week MTN told me my parcel will arrive on Monday between 12pm and 3pm. DSV doesn't even bother to communicate with me I had to call them and ask them how far is my parcel they tell me its out for delivery. I waited till 7pm no call no communicate at all from them.When I get back to them they tell me that my parcel was brought back and it's not out for delivery.I told them if my parcel doesn't pitch by today evening,I'm canceling my contract with MTN due to they *************.
