Horrible Service

The service from DSV has been absolutely appalling. I’ve been waiting for a delivery from MTN for over three days with no updates. I contacted DSV and they couldn’t even reach their own driver. Both MTN and DSV have been incredibly unresponsive and disorganized. This entire situation has been a complete nightmare.
