highly inconvenient delivery process!

DSV is a complete inconvenient delivery service.

I ordered a package from MTN and they use this company as a delivery partner, however, it is so inconvenient and insufficient when it comes to making deliveries.

1. No 3rd party can receive your package on your behalf. 2. They are still so backward that they want hard copies of one’s ID and proof of address. 3. I advised the agent I spoke to by the name of Charmaine, that I don’t have hard copies but soft copies on my phone and would not be able to go out of my way to make copies for the deliver and would send the copies to the drive for him to print himself. Printing is not free and I must take out additional funds to receive a package that I have already paid for. 4. I advise that I am at work and I work in the field and therefore I would only be able to receive delivery personally between 3-5pm and they still want to set up their own deliver time!

Where is the convenience? All these extra requests for what? MTN needs to change its delivery partner to one more convenient for us customers. I will be cancelling my order personally for a more convenient supplier. MTN will continue to lose customers if they continue to use DSV.
