Eating humble pie

I recently wrote a bad review where my delivery was meant to arrive on the 18th of December via DSV from Bluedeals. The parcel eventually arrived in January on the 3rd. I now understand what had caused the delay/confusion. The Bluedeals salesperson wrote down her own version of my address. Even the postal code, the numbers were all twisted and the town was a non existent one that I had never heard of. All in all DSV achieved the almost impossible by actually locating me using the jumbled information that was furnished by Bluedeals. Big ups to you guys and your driver Mncedi!
