DSV/MTN delivery tedious and frustrating after inaccurate biometrics fingerprint reading

I app**** for an MTN uncapped Wi-Fi month-to-month contract on the 13th of March 2024. The application was easy and the assistance from MTN sales direct was handled in an efficient manner. Pro-rata payment and an extra month's payment was done during the application process. So effectively I paid for the service from the 13th of March 2024. This is where it really started going south. DSV phoned for a delivery which was scheduled for the 14th of March between 8h00 and 10h00. Instead of arriving within their 8h00 to 10h00 time slot, the driver arrived at 11h11. Upon delivery the biometrics fingerprint reader did not accept my fingerprints as "mine"/accurate according to their information from Home Affairs (which in itself in my opinion is a violation of my privacy that Home Affairs are allowed to share such information to corporate companies). The driver left without delivering the parcel and said he will request a manual delivery and promise to be back by 13h00 the same day. He never returned. On the 15th of March I phoned DSV who informed me that the driver could not request a manual delivery, but that I was suppose to contact MTN to request a manual delivery. That was also not a smooth process : I phoned the number, that DSV provided me with, four times. Three of the four times, I was interrupted by the MTN consultant and told to hold they will transfer me to customer care department. Customer care requires a number that you enquire about, so three times I ended up stuck in a voice automated customer care loop without being able to even get through to customer care. The fourth time I seriously requested that the consultant listen to my full story before he decides to transfer me, which he did. He referred me to MONDO, MTN sales, where I arranged a manual delivery without difficulty. Back to DSV we go for their continued part in the process, I waited for a call to arrange delivery. Monday the 18th of March I received a phone call and delivery was arranged for Tuesday between 8h00 and 10h00 on the 19th of March 2024. Upon confirming the delivery I was informed that I need to have a biometrics fingerprint taken, which was when I told the consultant, that is where the first delivery went wrong, and that I phoned to request a manual delivery. She checked on the system and said she is not picking up the request for a manual delivery, but the latest list for manual deliveries had not come through yet. She will request it and confirm with me later that day whether it is a manual delivery or not. The 19th of March I received a call from DSV and the consultant started the conversation to book the delivery, again. I told her delivery was suppose to take place between 8h00 and 10h00 that day as it had been booked already the day before. She checked and there was no booking. I had no choice but to reschedule delivery again. This time I could only do it for the 3rd of April as I was now not available at that address for the next couple of days. In the interim I am paying for pro-rata Wi-fi which I have no access to until the router and sim card gets delivered. It was an easy start with the application, however an extremely frustrating delivery process thus far.
