DSV service sicks all the way to the toilet

DSV received my phone for dispatch in yhe morning of 03 May 2024, They called on 06 May at 08.30am to deliver the phone on 07 May, I was not happy, as MTN PROMISED a turn around of 72 hours, however, on the 7th the guy gives me a miss call at 2pm, that I did not see, then again at 2.03pm, at 2.05pm when I called him back, he rifle told me he is out of the area, and I need to re-arraing delivery for anther 2 days... I escaped to MTN, and phone got delivered on the 7th at about 5pm
