DSV poor service delivery

DSV Made arrangements to deliver my package on the 6 of Feb 2025,delivery was suppose to happen between 2pm and 4pm at my workplace,driver contacted me 15:50 saying he won't be able to make it in time so he will arrange with their office to deliver the following day. The following day which was now the Friday I contacted him he informed me that he couldn't get the package as he was not on delivery in my area, long story short I contacted DSV who gave me plenty excuses l, they then made arrangements to have it delivered today 11 Feb 25 between 2pm and 4pm and promised that I will get it today. Guess what nobody contacted me today delivery was not made... Very poor service from DSV the package was my husband's birthday present which was on Sunday 09 Feb 25 I'm disappointed with their service very unprofessional.
