DSV is the worst courier company

This is the worst courier company I have to deal with. I don't understand why MTN is affiliated with it. Maybe they don't care about their customers. Dsv is bad news, no customer care, poor service, poor communication, literally everything is BAD. They kept my MTN parcel for 2weeks and said they didn't have vehicles for deliveries. I called them today to arrange for my delivery for tomorrow as MTN called me and said Dsv confirmed to deliver my parcel tomorrow but they hung up on me. Yesterday I called them to ask if MTN sent them the email to do a manual delivery, the manager told me MTN **** to me because they wanted me to blame DSV for their incompetency. I will not order from a company that uses DSV couriers again.
