DSV is hopelessly stuck in the dark ages

I am so sick of the runaround from DSV. Why do you keep asking me to email and call you to confirm a delivery? Why doesn't your web site tracking work? Take a look at Courier Guy's business model. They tell you when they are delivering and provide an easy option to reschedule with one click. You lot send messages asking the customer to e-mail and phone and then don't answer the phone or respond to the mail!! I am on the verge of cancelling the delivery entirely and telling MTN to find a new logistics partner before I deal with them again.
