DSV giving 4th party drivers our study material.

I am a student at UNISA, DSV gave my parcel to one of their sub-contractors who then gave it to another third party. I got a call on Wednesday that my parcel was on the way. I called Lerato, the 4th party in this case, on Thursday at 5:30pm to check where my order was. She said they would be in Northriding in a few minutes. Today I called her again and she says I did not answer my phone when they tried to call me. I have no missed call, I asked for the record of the call- which she doesn't have and kept saying she would check. She then proceeded to say my parcel is being returned at 9:30 in the morning and would have to be delivered another time, she would have to "think" about it if she would deliver or not. I paid for DSV(there is an extra charge by UNISA for courier) to deliver my parcel not for this arrogant lady to run around with my study material for 3 days and make me beg for them as if she's doing me a favour.
