DSV Freight - Rotten Unprofessional Service

The most appalling service I've had. They can't tell you anything, just going around in circles with made up stories, and nothing getting to the point. They have online tracking that doesn't get updated. You don't know whether the item in transit is, nothing. I couldn't get any information from the consultant, so I asked for a supervisor all she said was "I'm sorry, I'll escalate the matter." I asked for a manager, and got the exact same response, "I'm sorry." Anything been done to rectify the situation??? NO. "Just I'm sorry." I have a document in transit, and they can't tell me where it is. What it is doing wherever it is, why it is laying around for days with no movement, nothing.
