DSV fails with UNISA study material delivery

My study material was promised to be delivered to me on the 14th of February. This has not been fulfilled. My order was despatched with the expectation that Id have it by the 14th. Almost a month later I am being sent pillar to post. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance no resolution given. I am extremely frustrated with the support I'm getting. I've made sacrifices to afford studying and the delay significantly affects my ability to complete assignments that are now due. The absence is putting my academic performance at risk. These delays and service are unacceptable.
