Dsv (disappointed service vehicle)

Worst courier service ever!!!!! This is the second time dsv disappointed. 1 time a year ago my parcel was offloaded at the wrong address...took dsv weeks to rectify this. Second time my personal documents of my vehicle i was informed that it has been lost. My signature was ****d and have received a message that stated my parcel has been delivered. Just to find the courier from dsv 20min later at my gate stating he lost or misplaced my parcel.as a result putting me and my family in danger and open to identity theft .phoned and mailed all the details the response from management was horrible. Never again!! Taking no responsibility whatsoever. Please people
