DSV Delivery Service

My Experience with DSV has been extremely displeasing. I got a contract three weeks ago with MTN ,after approval ,I was told that the delivery will be out within the same week. Despite MTN making clear cut instructions to DSV about the delivery ,DSV was still ********. The driver came to me and informed me that the package could not be released to me, because of the nature of the contract ,I agreed and sent the device back ,however once the package went back to DSV ,they still did not rectify the mistake and took 1 week to respond to me. I then made another arrangement with a consultant at DSV and still the same mistake was made again . It is now my third week waiting for my delivery and when you phone the consultants ,they seem to get frustrated faster than the customer, the customer service is absolutely terrible and they do not make the process as easy as it should be ,I think that if customer service consultants are hanging up on customers, they should be helping, I advise they move to a different department where they would be more helpful. Please DSV do better ! , I am paying for the device and service , I deserve so much better.
