DSV Courier Useless

The most infuriating support and communication ever. DSV sat with my order that they collected on 11 July 2023. I had to contact them on 13 July 2023 as there was no movement on my order and the support I received from DSV was non-existent. They could not give me straight answers nor explain why they sat with my order that long. My order was only delivered 18 July 2023. Completely disappointing and useless support, no one even escalated or put any urgency into my order. I had to constantly reach out to them, not once would they make an effort.
