Dsv bad company

I have been waiting for my bank card to be delivered from Absa via DSV for 2 weeks, they don't honor the scheduled delivery, this company doesn't not take customers serious, spent a fortune on airtime, holding time is extremely long, calls get dropped. It doesn't not deserve to exist. Can't buy anything as I don't have my bank card. For Absa they must find a reliable freight partner
