dsv **** And poo service

dsv horrible and Very disappointed in there **** kaak and **** service i needed the device to be delivered today as i am going to durban for a few days now its one excuse after the other even was willing to go and collect at there office but cant there is no assistance the calls drop and they dont even phone back . The point of this complaint is that i need the device today before i leave for dbn Friday morning or they gonna follow me every where i go in the country this is really disappointing if they called back when the phone dropped the first time before orders was sent out this could of been prevented
