DSV and MTN

Got a phone call yesterday 25/05/2023 that my delivery will be done today on the 26/05/2023. And that the drive will phone me 15 to 30min befor the time and that the delivery will take place between 8 and 1 its gone past one no phone call no nothing i phone DSV the guy tell me that department doesnt work today. Whats the point of making a commitment and then failing to adhere to the commitment DSV should either close or sort they incompetence staff out
