Distasteful

Not only was the service extremely unprofessional, but the courier guy was rude and threatening behaviour has left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and deeply upset.

I was at work at the time of delivery and tried to give him the number of someone at home to assist. In response, he rudely said, and I quote:“Don’t make your problems my problems.”This statement alone was completely uncalled for and highly disrespectful.

After struggling to find my place, instead of calmly resolving the situation, he called me angrily and threatened to take my fridge back, accusing me of “wasting his time.” His tone and attitude were hostile, intimidating, and unacceptable.

This entire experience has caused me serious emotional distress to the point where I broke down in tears at work. I trusted your company to deliver my appliance safely and professionally, but instead, I was subjected to threats, ************, and disrespect by someone representing your brand.
