Disgusting Service of DSV and MTN

DSV sent me an sms saying that they will deliver my MTN router on the 13/12/2023 between 11am and 1pm ,no one called me the whole day ,none of them called me ,I didnt go to work because I was waiting for them ,their service is disgusting ,am so irritated ,I dont know why a big company like MTN is associated with DSV ,their service is poor ,I have sent an email ,tried to call no one is responding.
