Disgusting Customer Service

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I had a delivery scheduled last week on the 22nd for 12pm today as I'd be out of town but willing to drive back to recieve the order and leave again as it's important for my work. I was called by the driver just before 9am telling me he's outside and I asked him to check what time his paperwork has the delivery scheduled for and he confirmed it was 12pm. I was told the office would get in touch with me to resolve the issue and figure out what time they'll deliver as I need to leave by 5pm. Since 11am I've been going back and forth with them as if this was my oversight and these *******s would say they would call me back everytime. They are closed and gone home for the day and I am left without my package to complete my work which I drove over 4 hours to receive.
