Disgusted by your Service!!!!

Good day I am so disgusted by your agents work aswell as your drivers work..yesterday my parcel was out for delivery round 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm you phoned the wrong number instead of the one you were given the day before...i waisted about R150 airtime trying to get hold of you when i got hold of you and the driver the driver told me he will deliver the parcel where he needs to deliver it we rushed there only to get there and he was not there please deliver my parcel i am in need of it. Then the driver told the consultant he does not want to speak to me and gave me a date for next week for deliver. I also asked can i collect myself they dont want us to collect ourself..lots of people is complaining about this DSV that does not do things the right way
