Disappointed client

I've taken a contract 02 April 2025 and the initial waiting period for delivery was 3 to 7 working days.

I bought this wifi because of the emergency, i need to work, do my assignments which are due soon. Now i have to incur extra costs because i have to buy more data of which the money i paid to MTN was from 02 April but till today i haven't received my router and a sim. And also your workers must show some respect to your customers and have a better way of communication.
