BAD Service with No communication

Bad service they where supposed to deliver my parcel on monday 23/10/2023 i even took a day off for this,not even a call to notify me that they wont make the delivery.I try calling on tuesday morning to arrange delivery for same day as its their fault to not deliver on monday,They tell me they dont have resources i should take another day off of wednsday to wait for the parcel,i said let me call MTN to cancel this,Mtn didnt hold the line,i call DSV again to organize collections they said they dont do collections and they cancelled the order.Now i wasted my time and money
