Bad service ever

I am so disappointed in the service i got. I wouldn't advice anybody to use DSV. I booked an express courier that promises to deliver the parcel the following day between 8am and 11am. I called to confirm and i was told i must book and pay before 3pm and they will collect before 5pm same day. I did manage to do everything before 3pm but to my surprise they never sent the driver to collect parcel. I called twice and everytime they said the driver is been dispatched, i organized with the store manager to stay an hour late till driver get there but driver never pitched. On the website it still shows it will be delivered tomorrow 11am but now i when i call i am been told it will arrive Friday. I mean it will be late that's why i choose express service and made sure i call and confirm it will be delivered on time. Friday its late because the workshop that's working on my vehicle will be closed, they closing tomorrow at 16h30. I will be without a vehicle till january 8th january. I can't travel to my brother's wedding a ****ms away because of DSV. If i was not in a hurry i would have choose economy, but i choose the fast courier because it was urgent
