Bad Service DSV and MTN

From November 2025 i have been applying for contract and been approved every time just for delivery not to be scheduled and delivered.

Dsv says MTN request devices back and MTN says order to be delivered. My last attempt was 4Dec2025 and still no delivery.

Mtn reached out to confirm all is in orderjust for me to Call DSV and hear the same story. Is there any communication between MTN and DSV!

This is so frustrating and this was to be gifts know hell knows where the devices are and how many more emails i must send and calls i must make to get this sorted.

This is very upsetting and correspondence from DSV is non existent and the woman Freda in deliveries is very rude and needs not tobe on any calls with no clients.
