Bad service been waiting for my parcel forever

My heart is so heavy but my experience with dsv 1/10 their service is very very poor. So I got a new contract with Mtn everything was done and dusted on the 24th December so I go the call from dsv to tell me that the parcel will be delivered on the 2nd January 2026. I called around 3 because I was worried that it’s getting late then I was told that the parcel was returned to the branch mind you no one called me to inform me. Okay right I called on the 5th and ask when will I receive my parcel after I got an sms that the parcel will be delivered on the 14th January so cool they made another arrangements for the 6th the guy came and mtn was down so i literally watched him leaving with my parcel okay fine I called dsv again then I was told that my parcel will be delivered on the 8th January guess what no one came. Their service is very very poor if you’re planning to use dsv in future please don’t
