Bad service

I was promised that my parcel with medicine would be delivered to Marakele National park.It seem that these courier guys do not have a GPS or Google maps. This is not the 1st time where a notification was sent out that the parcel will be delivered before 5pm. If I had a choose I would never use them. I cannot even trace where my parcel is as it is non existent.
