Bad delivery Service

Parcel was shipped on the 20th Dec 2023 and was supposed to be delivered between 27th-29th Dec 2023 No communication was made & and only on the 3rd the parcel was out on delivery but not delivered Driver says he called me but no miss call or mail even a text from them. This morning called DSV office they can not explain to me why are they failing to deliver my parcel, they can not even put me through to the manager on shift to explain. DSV is failing and this a 2nd time they're doing this to me.
