Bad customer service

What a useless company together with their partner blu-label connect . I have been battling for 2 weeks now going back and forth regarding the delivery of my phone Today was the worst I was called by a agent yesterday to be told that my parcel will be delivered between 12pm to 3pm I waited for 3 hours of my life which I will never get back the driver then calls me at 6pm to tell me that he was late and my delivery can only be done on Monday unless I must meet him somewhere because coming to my area at that time is good for “him” So because I wanted my phone I agreed to meet him at the mall... now it’s time for him to swipe my card and verify my identification so I can take the parcel and leave guess now their machine is no longer working what a pathetic and utterly disgusting service ... Your employee is a no show then comes 6 hours late then requests I must meet him at a mall I had to leave the comfort of my own home in the cold to find a speed point machine that is inactive what bull is this
