This courier company will give you thee worst service ever with their arrogant drivers who don’t even know the first thing about good service and loyalty! You can never ever trust them because they keep proving why you shouldn’t. I have never in my life seen such incompetence and dishonesty really. The service is appalling, they don’t keep their promises, they don’t deliver, they fail dismally when it comes to communication as they don’t do it at all at all and one really wonders why MTN continues to do business with such a bad company, do they really care about their customers at all?? Why associate themselves with such a useless company. They have no shame and keep going on with their behaviour that is terrible. I’m disgusted by this company i don’t want to lie and would never advise anyone to use them because you’ll regret.
