Amazing Service

Had a couple of hiccups with getting my parcels. I emailed support. A lady by the name Gugulethu Mohotsi responded timeously. She also liased with me throughout the whole process of getting my stuff delivered. Forwarded my contact details to the driver as I had included them in my email to support. Updated me, when the status of my order was out for delivery. That helped a great deal to communicate with the person who was going to accept my parcels. Props to her for a thorough service.
