5days at the depot but still no delivery

Still haven't received my order, DSV is not helpful at all. I've logged an escalation and no one gets back to me, everyone says delivery tomorrow, tomorrow, it's been almost a week hearing the same story.

They misplaced the one package apparently last week and decided not to let me know, and still kept sending messages saying delivery. when phoned they said they would deliver tomorrow, i've been waiting for them to deliver since the 12th, its holiday, we want to go away, but i can't because they keep on saying delivery is on the way. no, when i phoned the entire day today, this morning they told me it will be delivered today, then when I phoned again, the parcels have to be located, then when I phoned again same story, no they deliver tomorrow again, same story since last week, this is just ridiculous. The parcel has been at the Cape Town branch since 12 December and no one is getting hold of anyone there to find out *** is happening with this delivery.
