Extremely bad service

During December 2022 I bought an Ultra decoder plus installation from DsTv Signal Master / Kine DsTv Installers in Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria. They gave a 7 month guarantee on the invoice. Within two months the decoder seemed to have been *******ed. Absolutely NO co-operation from their "manager" Mike to solve the problem. He suggested I go and buy a new decoder as his technician was not supposed to write "guarantee" on the invoice. Eventually a wrote I mail to Multichoice who gave me fantastic assistance. Lesson learnt: Don't google to find a supplier. Rather contact Multichoice for a list of authorized Installers.
