Zuma accounting system at dstv

Signed up for a pricelock deal back in 2017 it ended dec 2019 still dstv take money.send numerous reqeusts through to no avail.Today 18 Feb 2020 they decided to suspend a fully paid up account and thumb suck and ammount of R3154 that i owe.and no one seems to know their **** from their nose over there and just escalate it because its not my job is at the order of the day with all service providers.
