Zero tolerance

I received horrible service from calling the call centre more than 5times with no resolution from their end and wrote a review on this platform. Received a call from a gentleman who introduced himself as Ntando and he resolved the query then promised he's going to do an investigation of what I had experienced further in listening to the calls then come back to me with response. Fast forward today is the 7th day there's no response, it seems to me the company has zero tolerance to customer service as the call centre did same, promises of call backs and none were forthcoming that is deceiving to a paying customer is it not?
