ZERO TO NO SERVICE. TERRIBLE SERVICE DELIVERY!

I have a problem which I have been struggling with for weeks now. My billing is incorrect. I have a 24 month prescription which includes my prescription as well as my internet. Both this is a combo package with an amount of 1229 per month. But my bill I get billed separately for the two items and it is waaaay more money than this. I need this rectified asap. My bill is incorrect for weeks no and no one is helping me to sort this out after many lodged escalations. My last reference is ***-I700. I do have many others also. PLEASE I NEED IT RECTIFIED ASAP

This has been causing so much nonsens and no one can help me. I have phoned millions of times, emailed and even on social media platforms and still NOTHING!

DSTV IS VERY QUICK TO DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICE BUT DOESN'T TAKE ANY PRIDE IN FIXING A MISTAKE WHICH IS ON THEIR SIDE. NO SERVICE AT ALL. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
