Zero stars my dear

#1 Paid Dstv manually and 4 days later they debited the money again. Called them, said they can see both payments reflecting but I should also send POP for the manual payment. I made the payment at spar and didn’t have the slip anymore so I sent through my bank statement. They said if I want a refund I need to send the slip. How if you guys can already see it on the system? Said the money will go towards next month’s payment. That time I need it now!! #2 they renewed my contract without my permission!!!!
