Zero % service

No service at all I pay for my service in time but always get disconnected every after 2 days I have been disconnected 5 times this month and everytime the rude customer service people keep me holding Juss today I spoke to Mpho who didn't seem to kno wat she was doing she then put me on hold for 27 minutes then later hung up on me with no explanation nothing here.i am sitting with no tv multichoice is a ****
