I'm convinced Dstv (Multichoice) are ********.Had error message since yesterday 06/03/2023 and reported same day. The consultants/agents that were helping me could not be of any assistance, after I have wasted more than R100,00 of my airtime. Then today I tried using their WhatsApp and chat system but to my surprise the WhatsApp sent OTP number to a different cellphone which I have never owned or heard of and this is after I have sent them my ID number. The issue of ID number is very sensitive, therefore they sending the OTP to the wrong person is putting my life especially financially at risk because now that means that number, which I don't know is linked to my ID number and anything may happen.
