Zero customer loyalty
DStv is such ****, I have been a loyal customer for years and never missed a payment, I even opted for two year contract on Family package last year. But when I tried to upgrade to the contract on Compact package, I was simply told that I don’t qualify. ***? Will be definitely cancelling my service, I don’t care about the cancellation fee R180, I will reverse that debit order, along with others.
